Teaching staff is made of Professors who acquired education and academic title on renowned institutions in the country and abroad. The Professors have a long term university experience but also extensive experience in consulting and practical work and they will take the students of EDUCONS University through the world of business practice teaching them to master modern management abilities and models along with theoretical knowledge necessary for initiation and successful business management.

Professors and Associates at EDUCONS University are also successful managers in many banks and insurance companies in Serbia, great public companies as well as representatives of local self-government and relevant state institutions and organizations such are Serbian Chamber of Commerce, the Share Fund, agencies and the Centers for Development of Entrepreneurship of Small and Middle enterprises etc. Furthermore, successful people in sports activities are engaged in the teaching along with the managers of large sport clubs as well as particular number of successful entrepreneurs and business people who will communicate their practical experience to the student of EDUCONS University.
